Job Description

We are seeking a Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative professional with a strong portfolio showcasing a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. This role involves creating engaging visual content across various digital and print platforms and contributing to the organization’s marketing and outreach efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure consistency of designs across various outlets
  • Develop and execute compelling designs for marketing materials, including social media graphics, print collateral, event promotions, and more.
  • Maintain and update the organization’s website with fresh and relevant content.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms and e-communications.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos during special events, and agency programs to support storytelling and promotional efforts.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, website maintenance, social media management, and tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google applications, and Buffer. Experience in photography and videography is also preferred.

Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to attend events and activities within the agency’s service area.

Design Expertise: Proficient in both digital and print design formats, with a strong portfolio showcasing illustrative design and a variety of project types.

Key Skills: Strong creative abilities, excellent communication, and organizational skills. Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
