YOUR TASKS
- Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and the commitment of staff to achieving Global, Regional, and Country objectives and targets.
- Develop a high-performance service culture. Plan, organize, and direct an efficient and effective operations team.
- Work with the Service Centre Manager to enforce IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
- Ensure safe working practices and environment within the shift.
- Develop proactive and reactive tactics to deal with issues and problems.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 3-4 years’ experience in managing a team with similar responsibilities.
- Excellent command of MS Office 365.
- Dynamic and self-driven individual who can perform under pressure and take initiative.
- Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
