Key Responsibilities:

Managerial Responsibilities (30%):

  • Primary & Secondary Sales: Drive both primary and secondary sales efforts to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Mechanic Connects: Establish and maintain strong connections with mechanics to enhance product reach and support.
  • Fleet Approach: Develop and implement strategies to engage and manage fleet customers effectively.

General Professional Practice (GPP) Responsibilities (70%):

  • Reporting:
  • Consolidate and distribute repetitive sales reports.
  • Create ad-hoc sales reports under limited supervision.
  • Revise templates, consolidate data from others, and provide forecasting input.
  • System Administration:
  • Execute complicated tasks and document ad-hoc tasks on systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Portal) under limited supervision.
  • Periodically evaluate user-entered data on systems to ensure completeness and identify improvements.
  • Data Analyses (External & Internal):
  • Analyze external sources (e.g., Polk, Dodge, RigDig) to identify sales opportunities and forward them to the sales team.
  • Review findings from research on assigned opportunities and share with relevant teams.
  • Compile and qualify competitive data, communicating it to the sales force as relevant.

Conduct internal sales analyses (e.g., variances, projections, costing, bundling) for ad-hoc and repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

  • Education, Licenses, Certifications:
  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
