The Entry Level Marketing Coordinator will assist the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing marketing materials, and ensuring effective communication of brand initiatives. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual eager to grow their marketing skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
- Support event planning and coordination, including logistics, scheduling, and material preparation.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and files.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing concepts and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
