Printpack seeks a talented Information Systems Analyst who will report to an Enterprise Systems Information Systems Senior Manager who is based out of our Atlanta, GA headquarters. The Information Systems Analyst I is an information technology (IT) professional who specializes in analyzing, providing front-line support, and executing IT solutions for the company’s enterprise resource planning platform which is Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1), along with other ancillary and integrated applications such as customer portals, production scheduling systems and labels printing solutions. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Four (4) year college degree in Computer Science or equivalent PMP (PMI) certification preferred Experience: 5+ years of experience and knowledge of, at a minimum one, JDE E1 modules such as Quality Management (QM), Manufacturing (SFC) and/or Warehouse Management (WMS). Minimum of 3+ years working in the technical support field, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Understanding of SDLC and Agile development methodology. Ability to establish good relationships and work multi-functionally with a variety of business and technical team members at all levels. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Basic to advanced SQL writing Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent leadership, interpersonal and motivation skills The ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines Fluent in English, conversational in Spanish a plus. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide front-line levels one and two enterprise systems support. Applications include JDE E1 and integrated systems. Perform root cause analysis, communicate with end-users, and escalate complex or level three issues to subject matter experts within the expected service level agreements. Perform testing and record results for software upgrades and enhancement projects. Plan and execute preventive maintenance and perform due diligence to avoid or minimize business disruptions. Generate, maintain, and update troubleshooting guides and training materials. Support strategic enterprise software initiatives and projects including, but not limited to, new solutions testing, documentation and deployment. Participate in the creation and enhancement of DAS reports, as well as executing ad-hoc SQL queries as needed for troubleshooting or other ad-hoc data pulls. Ensure adherence to policies, and standardization of processes and procedures. Keep apprised of trends in technology to improve customer experience and productivity. Provide on-call support and escalation during evenings and weekends as necessary. This role is an individual contributor. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & TRAVEL: Physical Demands: Occasional lifting and movement of less than 25 lbs. Travel Requirements: Up to 10% WORK CONDITIONS: This position qualifies for the 100% remote Printpack policy Primarily a remote/home environment; however, it will be necessary to spend time in the manufacturing facilities working with the user community.
