Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department. Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff members. Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them accordingly. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing documents. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a front office representative or similar role in a professional setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
