Job Description
The role involves working closely with young people exhibiting challenging behavior, providing academic and behavioral support either one-on-one or in small groups
Responsibilities include recording student progress, identifying support strategies, and collaborating with behavioral staff and teachers
Ideal candidates should have experience with vulnerable youth, hold an enhanced DBS, and be proactive in handling challenging situations
Previous experience as a behavior mentor, youth worker, or in similar roles is preferred
