Join the forefront of healthcare technology as an Executive Administrator, for the Science & Technology Organization. This pivotal role supports the Science and Technology Organization’s Chief Marketing Officer and other organizational leaders by providing smooth and efficient administrative support, engages in activities that are broad and changeable in nature, including coordinating or leading of special projects, arrangement of meetings, and preparation of presentations.
The Executive Administrator will provide high level administrative support for company leaders to ensure they can deliver on their priorities by executing calendar and meeting management, booking travel, and completing expense reports, and ensuring confidential information stays private. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations and company priorities.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Supports the Science and Technology Organization’s Chief Marketing Office and other organizational leaders in all related administrative tasks. Produces correspondence, presentations, meeting agendas, emails, and any external mailings.
- Broad knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy and strategy. May include supporting roles with specialized technical field of knowledge while continuously acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills.
- Basic understanding of key business drivers and uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE HealthCare. Explains technical information to others.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with 6+ years of experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders articulating complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to adjust to changing priorities and work demands to align with business priorities.
- Technical Skills: Experience at an advanced level using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel applications as well as use of the internet and web applications (i.e. ability to draft correspondence and create PowerPoint presentations for leadership team) and a basic understanding of Excel to create charts, diagrams, and tables of data.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $87,400.00-$131,100.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
