Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment of participants by attending career fairs and educational events.
- Support onboarding, engagement activities, and act as a key contact for participants and their supervisors.
- Track and report on training progress, process financial claims, and ensure cohesive collaboration between stakeholders.
- Build partnerships with educational institutions to expand program opportunities.
- Provide administrative support and contribute to the broader Shared Services Team.
To Succeed In This Role You Will Have
- Proven experience providing high-quality administrative support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
- An understanding of the vocational education sector and framework.
- A Class C Driver’s Licence.
Remuneration And Benefits
Employment Type: Full time, Temporary (12 Months) 35 hours per week
Salary (exclusive of super): Starting salary of $1,195.60 per week with the opportunity for competency-based progression.
