Job Description
Installation
- Keep Track of Dispatched Machines Reaching Customers & Plan Installation in Consultation with Customer. Check for any site requirement & send mail to the customer, and arrange a service engineer.
- Send Mail to customer / Call to check satisfactory completion of installation & inform contact details for any future service requirement.
Trial
- Keep track of trials to be done & Coordinate with the Sales Engineer & Service Engineer to arrange trials.
- To conduct a trial of oil samples received from customers.
Service
- Plan & Keep Track of the service engineer’s daily visits. Make Monthly Report.
- Keep track of service calls & confirm whether warranty or chargeable.
