Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who ensures smooth operation, excellent customer service, and high standards in safety and cleanliness. This role will include managing staff, coordinating events, and driving business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff, including play supervisors, receptionists, and cleaning personnel.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue and attendance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate special events, birthday parties, and other group bookings.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, attendance, and revenue.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a family entertainment, hospitality, or similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and drive revenue.
  • Understanding of safety standards, especially in environments with children.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
