Job Brief – Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion & Strategy Development:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and market share.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the rental, real estate and other related industries.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current business partners.
  • Sales Targets Achievement:
  • Drive sales by developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed targets. – Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with B2B clients.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. – Prepare and deliver effective in-person presentations to potential clients.
  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Provide feedback and insights to product development teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Professional Experience
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in business development within the B2B segment. – A strong background in the hospitality industry is essential.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. – Strong analytical abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to travel extensively as required for client meetings.
