JOGO Health Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Executive to join our team in Chennai. This full-time, mid-level position requires a professional who can handle patient interactions and contribute to patient conversion. The role demands excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless patient experience within our digital health services.
Qualifications And Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and provide necessary information and support.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to address and resolve patient issues promptly and efficiently.
- Proven experience in inside sales techniques.
- Genuine empathy to understand and respond to patient needs fostering patient satisfaction and trust.

- Customer service expertise to ensure patient needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Proficiency in multiple languages to communicate with diverse patient groups effectively (Tamil, English & Hindi – Mandatory)
- Competency with computers and digital tools to manage patient data and communication systems proficiently.
