Job Description
Sales Engineer will also manage and grows portfolio by selling related digital services. Additionally, to generate modernization leads to modernization department.
What will you do?
Customer relationship management:
- Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility.
- Is accountable for developing KONE position in his/her customer base or market area.
- Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for other KONE team (e.g. parts, MOD, NEB).
- Ensures customer satisfaction and solving complaints in coordination with other KONE teams.
- Documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data on sales force.
- Utilize all tools available to ensure the highest retention and customer relationship possible.
Sell:
- Is accountable for contracts renewals to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
- Is responsible for growing the digital services penetration within the portfolio.
- Visit customers regularly to ensure high quality relationship management.
- Collaborates with maintenance team for visits and reporting to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborates with finance team for collections and reporting to ensure clear SOAs for each customer.
- Proactively generates opportunities from existing customer base.
- Is responsible for pricing management using the available tendering tools, and for optimizing prices and discounts within his/her authority.
- Responsible for timely and accurate reporting on sales force such as tasks and visits, opportunities and keeps portfolio data up to date.
- Drives execution of her/his individual sales plan.
Are you the one?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong communicator with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrates a strong service mindset, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable and enthusiastic about leveraging digital solutions to drive business opportunities.
- Proficient in using various sales tools and systems.
- This role open for Saudi national only.
