What you’ll be doing
- Monitoring, maintaining, and improving the performance of all warehouses in order to achieve KPI set by Management
- Lead and manage every project related to operational improvement for all warehouses
- Monitor productivity, capacity, and participate actively in every improvement
- Provide coaching and support for teams in regional areas to improve their performance
- Maintain close relation with stakeholders to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure dispatching all shipments at the same day to the destined hubs.
- Implementing the RTO process for the canceled shipments within 24 hours of being received at the sorting facility
- Issue new air waybills for the exchange shipments within 24 hours of being received at the sorting facility.
- Provide support during all receiving, sorting and forwarding process to sorting facility team
- Communicate workload issues to the operation manager to seek additional support.
Who You Are
- High School Diploma; bachelor’s degree
- Must have experience in the Logistic, Operations, and Supply Chain industry
- Experience in managing a large team Good English command
- High proficiency with computer software programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Time Management and multi-tasking
- Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills
- Proactive, with good attitude and good judgment
- Focused and professional attitude
