A customer service interpreter handles many types of different calls, including but not limited to: 911 emergencies, accident reports, insurance claims and government program interviews.
Technical Skills
- High school graduate
- English Level: 90% or above
Requirements
- Demonstrate professional behavior at all times.
- Advanced English – level C1 or higher.
- High speed internet access with a minimum of 10 MBS.
- Access to a quiet workspace.
