We are currently seeking an Associate Dean of Academics and Student Services who will support the Dean of Academics and Student Services and Campus President to ensure the effective administration of specified academic programs and the student services department. A minimum of forty office hours per week is required and may require a varied schedule to support classes conducted in the morning, afternoon, evening, and on Saturdays. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Earned master’s degree in education or related field, a minimum of a master’s degree and progress toward earning the doctoral degree required.
  • Professional experience in education and student services.
  • Experience in teaching preferred.
  • Experience in educational theory and methodology.
  • Experience in program assessments and outcomes measures.
  • Experience in the accreditation processes.
