Securitas Technology are on a mission to become the world’s leading Security & Safety company. To help us get there, we are looking to further strengthen our European management team with a high calibre CFO.
Working closely with Global, Group, Divisional and Country leadership, The CFO will support the European President in ensuring the development and execution of strategies to create incremental new shareholder value year over year, as well as promoting the long-term success of the Company for the benefit of all stakeholders.
Experience And Traits
- The ideal candidate is a senior finance executive with a successful career track record.
- They have a broad set of experiences including business control, FP&A, strategy work, financial modelling and business development
- Experience gained from CFO roles or Group Business Control roles for a division or geography in a larger context
- Broad financial understanding of financial challenges in global operations and markets
- Experience from large transformations, both business and finance transformation is highly desirable
- Experience from indirect leadership; influencing and inspiring across functions and geographies
- Ideally, experience from a Security or Technology environment
- Experience of navigating a fast-paced, highly international and matrixed environment
- M&A integration work is advantageous
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent
Job Responsibilities
- To develop excellent internal and external controlling routines by implementing relevant key performance indicators as well as creating good general financial awareness of deviations, risks or poor performance and creating and driving action plans
- Together with the European President and Global Technology leadership, analyze, coordinate and prioritize investments for Securitas Technology Europe
- To maintain a strong integrity in reporting and accounting, ensuring efficient reporting to Global and Group
- To secure correct and timely routines regarding all legal and statutory reporting and handling of accounting, VAT and tax issues
- To ensure timely and accurate production of the monthly management accounts together with meaningful and informative financial commentary and robust forecasts
- To deliver a solid cash performance for the business taking a proactive leading role in all areas of cash management, working capital and investments
- To manage the external relationships with auditors, lawyers and other external relations
- Enable continuous improvement of processes and systems, sharing and adopting best practices
- The main focus in this role is the development of valuable insights across Technology Europe’s different geographies
- Coach the organization in sound financial and economical thinking and ensure that key choices are financially sound by making sure the organisation as a whole has sufficient knowledge and information
- Create a performance driven, proactive and strongly business-oriented finance function with a strong sense of business partnering, challenging the organisation in terms of efficiency within analysis, control and cost awareness
- To be one of the key players in driving the ongoing business and finance transformation processes
- To deliver sustained top-line, bottom-line and cash flow improvements
- To head up Technology Europe business control, performance management and reporting, financial analysis and follow-up as well as business planning and forecasting
- Lead digitalization efforts related to business control across Technology Europe
- Further strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing within Europe and set up a structure for cooperation across geographies
- To work closely with the local Finance leaders to create alignment and an increased efficiency
- Be a role model regarding Securitas´ leadership framework and company culture
