Job Purpose

The purpose of this job family is to expand sirar’s client base and enhance relationships across various sectors through continuous and effective account management, identification and execution of sales opportunities to meet targets and sustain growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiates client’s contract/services, duration, commitments, discounts, and opportunities closures to increase sirar by stc revenues and reduce costs.
  • Develops and manages detailed account sales strategies and plans for all services regarding their managed accounts.
  • Manages different businesses/services to drive revenue growth for the managed/key accounts.
  • Updates and manages account plans based on client needs and requirements.
  • Provides input on sales plans and performance to Product Management & Marketing, Sales Operational Excellence and other related stakeholders and supports new product/service development.
  • Identifies opportunities and liaise with Product Management to pursue new opportunities, lead, and improve RFP responses.
  • Manages successful identification and capturing of customer requirements and follow up on customer orders to ensure delivery within requirements.
  • Ensures delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction with services.
  • Reviews documentation pertaining to large scale proposal development, ensuring inputs from all relevant personnel is taken into consideration, to maximize win rate.
  • Contributes to the overall success of the company by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Sales, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Years Of Experience

  • Preferred experience of (+7) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise.

Preferred Professional Certificates

  • Professional certification in Account Management is preferred.
