Greet guests as they arrive and ensure they feel welcome.

Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food, drinks, and ingredients.

Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring customer preferences and dietary restrictions are noted.

Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared as requested.

Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.

Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any requests or concerns promptly.

Handle payments, including cash and card transactions, and provide change or receipts.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Follow all food safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to remember orders and customer preferences.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and address guest concerns with professionalism.

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays or dishes as needed.

Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change.
