Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a technical advisor to clients, providing guidance on conveyor components such as rollers, belts, pulleys, and related products.
  2. Conduct site visits to assess client operations, identify challenges, and recommend tailored solutions.
  3. Manage a portfolio of assigned key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining regular communication.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
  5. Collaborate with internal engineering teams to design and deliver customized solutions that align with client requirements.
  6. Prepare detailed proposals, including technical specifications and cost breakdowns.
  7. Foster strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  8. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services within existing accounts.
  9. Generate and follow up on leads within assigned accounts, progressing opportunities through the sales cycle.
  10. Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals that benefit both the client and the company.
  11. Monitor client industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities or threats.
  12. Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams on client needs and market demands.
  13. Offer on-site technical assistance during installation, testing, and commissioning phases to ensure client satisfaction.
  14. Work closely with the customer’s operational teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
  15. Work with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  16. Coordinate with quality assurance to meet client-specific standards and certifications.
  17. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details in CRM systems.
  18. Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and revenue performance.
  19. Attending industry events, client meetings, and trade shows to represent the company and strengthen relationships.
  20. Actively participate in networking opportunities to expand the client base within assigned industries.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ mechanical or industrial engineering.
