Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical advisor to clients, providing guidance on conveyor components such as rollers, belts, pulleys, and related products.
- Conduct site visits to assess client operations, identify challenges, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining regular communication.
- Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to design and deliver customized solutions that align with client requirements.
- Prepare detailed proposals, including technical specifications and cost breakdowns.
- Foster strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services within existing accounts.
- Generate and follow up on leads within assigned accounts, progressing opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals that benefit both the client and the company.
- Monitor client industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities or threats.
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams on client needs and market demands.
- Offer on-site technical assistance during installation, testing, and commissioning phases to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the customer’s operational teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
- Work with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with quality assurance to meet client-specific standards and certifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and revenue performance.
- Attending industry events, client meetings, and trade shows to represent the company and strengthen relationships.
- Actively participate in networking opportunities to expand the client base within assigned industries.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ mechanical or industrial engineering.
