Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies, correcting them as needed to ensure data integrity. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with company policies. Organize and manage digital and physical data files for easy access and retrieval. Perform regular data quality checks to identify and address inconsistencies. Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and ensure seamless workflow. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data management systems. Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
