Job Description
If you have experience with lifesaving equipmentsuch as lifejackets, lifeboats, or onboard marine vesselsthis is the perfect opportunity for you. Work schedules vary based on operational needs, with offshore assignments ranging from 2 to 22 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of lifesaving equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections, diagnosing emergency repair needs for equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during workshop and offshore activities.
- Provide suggestions to enhance products and processes.
- Achieve daily workload targets to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare and submit detailed inspection and testing reports to the administration team.

Essential Criteria
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- Proven experience in mechanical roles.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of diesel engines.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Desirable Criteria
- Current Rope Access qualification or willingness to obtain it.
- Previous offshore training is preferred, although comprehensive training will be provided.
- Prior experience in lifeboat servicing is a plus.
