Key Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers, answer their queries, and create a positive environment at the sports facility.
- Take responsibility for the infrastructure readiness of the sports facility and report to the venue manager in a timely manner.
- Ensure hygiene is top-class and utilities like water, electricity, washrooms, CCTV, changing rooms, vending machines, and the playing area are functioning properly.
- Develop expertise in tools used for managing operations, including the Hudle App, Connecteam, and Slack.
- Ensure branding and signage are well-installed and enhance the facility’s ambience.
- Ensure equipment is readily available for customers.
- Work with managers directly to implement and follow policies.
- Represent Hudle with high ownership, integrity, and professionalism.
