We are seeking an accomplished Director of Alumnae Relations to join our dedicated team in a remote capacity. This position is essential in cultivating a robust and engaged alumnae network, enabling meaningful connections and empowering women through the strength of community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner with school leadership to create and implement initiatives that enhance alumnae engagement with their alma mater.
  • Develop and execute an engaging calendar of events and programs, both virtual and in-person, that foster connections among alumnae of various generations and backgrounds.
  • Identify, mentor, and motivate a passionate group of volunteers to support community-building efforts.
  • Craft a comprehensive communication strategy to keep alumnae informed and engaged across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with the advancement team to strengthen relationships with alumnae and promote philanthropic contributions.
  • Organize and execute memorable reunions for milestone classes to strengthen community ties.
  • Promote inclusivity and ensure that all alumnae feel acknowledged and welcomed.

Required Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • Extensive experience in alumnae relations or a related field, with a successful history of relationship building and volunteer leadership development.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong capability in strategizing, planning, and delivering engaging programs and activities.
  • Familiarity with constituent relationship management (CRM) systems.
