About The Role

The successful candidate(s), will be offered a diverse role with the ability to work on a great variety of projects whilst continuing to develop their career. Fyfe currently have several projects across Brisbane ranging from major infrastructure, to large scale private, and land development projects; across engineering, cadastral and 3D reality capture survey disciplines. For the right candidate, this role offers the opportunity to expand and enhance your skillset; exposure to a fleet our RPAS (drones), 3D laser scanners and Trimble GPSs and RTSs. You will also have the opportunity to develop skills liaising with clients and developing project management principals. Skills & Experience

You will undertake a range of day to day surveys from topographic to engineering surveys and 3D laser scanning projects whilst liaising with Fyfes highly skilled project managers and clients. Personal requirements for this role are to include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in surveying (highly regarded)
  • Experience in a similar role (preferred)
  • Experience in using equipment 3D Laser Scanners, Trimble GPS, RTS, Trimble Business Centre (preferred) and 12D model
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound understanding of appropriate Australian standards and legislation
  • Organised with high attention to detail
