- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and assist customers with their queries related to products and services.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed logs of communications in the system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services when appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Proficiency in using computers and handling customer relationship management (CRM) software.
