We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the current market trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and attend networking events to promote the company’s services.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and market trends to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment or human resources industry.
- Strong understanding of the local market and business trends in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
