Job Description
PROPERTY ENGINEER
He/She will assist the Building Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Building/Condominium Corporation. Ensure that all building equipment and facilities are 100% in good working condition by implementing timely and consistent preventive maintenance programs.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
I. Oversee implementation of effective & consistent building/ equipment preventive maintenance programs.
II. Assist Building Manager in monitoring all safety programs to ensure safety of Residents and property.
III. Assist Building Manager in complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
IV. Oversee all engineering and technical concerns of the project.
V. Implement innovation and energy-conservation and cost saving measures while monitoring utilities consumption of common areas.
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Basic Accounting skills, can forecast budget and monitor expenditures.
- Technical skills in design & installation.
- Knowledge in property maintenance.
- Customer orientation with sufficient PR skills, can handle/manage difficult residents/situations.
- Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills.
- Negotiating Skills
- Good in both written & oral communication
- Can use Microsoft Office Application (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed Electrical Engineer
- At least 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Building Maintenance Operations preferably in Residential properties.
- Willing to work on site at Muntinlupa City.
