- Assisting parents through the admission process
- Updating student details in Leadsquare software
- Timely follow-up on existing database
- Updating School’s Social Media page
- Plan and Execute Marketing Activities including ATL and BTL within the allocated marketing budget
- Checking school’s website
- Checking school listings on Google
- Corporate Tie-ups
- Maintaining records and preparing reports
- Target: 20% Increase in admissions
Skill Sets Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and local language.
Familiar with planning and execution of marketing activities (ATL, BTL & Digital).
Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Time-management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software.
Proficiency in using MicrosoftOffice software.
Understanding of using Social Media platforms
Experience in event planning and coordination.
Experience– Minimum 3-4 years of experience in admissions, marketing, salesor a related field, with a proven track record of success in both areas
Qualification Any Graduate (B.Sc., B. Com, BBA, B.A.)
