The Service Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the repair and maintenance services for LED TVs, air conditioners, and washing machines. This role involves leading a team of service technicians, managing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving service processes. The Service Manager must have a strong technical background in the products, experience in managing service centers, and skills in budget management and vendor relations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor service technicians to maintain a high standard of service delivery through training, guidance, and performance management.
  • Service Operations: Oversee service operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, dispatch, inventory management, and service quality control.
  • Appointment of New Service Centers: Identify and onboard new service centers to expand the service network.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Resolve service issues and complaints to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage technical knowledge to support technicians in resolving complex issues and maintaining equipment standards.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate service processes, making improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Budget Management: Manage the service budget, controlling costs and optimizing profitability.
  • Vendor Relations: Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of spare parts.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to meet industry standards and enhance service quality.

Candidate Profile

  • Educational Background: A bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the service and repair of LED TVs, air conditioners, and washing machines, including leadership roles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical skills in consumer electronics repair and maintenance.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and service management systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
