Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Onsite Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Mangalore Minerals Pvt Ltd. – who are willing to travel across India, This is a full-time position requiring a work experience of 1 to 3 years. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance and optimization of our mechanical systems in line with our high-quality standards.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Willing to Travel
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in an onsite mechanical engineering role.
  • Experience in using statistical analysis tools to interpret mechanical data.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning principles, particularly in predictive maintenance.
  • Ability to develop and use data visualization tools for presenting mechanical performance metrics.
  • Experienced in predictive modeling to foresee and mitigate mechanical failures.
  • Strong ability in big data handling and analysis to optimize mechanical systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying mechanical system data.
  • Proficiency in data mining techniques to extract useful insights from large datasets.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot mechanical failures as they arise.
  • Analyze mechanical data to identify trends and areas for improvement or preventive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to implement machine learning models for predictive maintenance.
  • Develop data visualization dashboards to present mechanical performance metrics to management.
  • Utilize big data analytics to optimize mechanical processes and systems.
  • Create and maintain documentation for mechanical systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance mechanical efficiency and reliability.
