Job Description

  • Providing operational and other key important updates to management to mitigate areas of concern
  • Preparing key decks and reports for presentation to board and meetings.
  • Collaborating cross functionally with relevan t stakeholders for establishing effective communication and ensuring successful execution of projects according to timeline and within budget
  • Prepared MIS along with various analysis on a Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly basis and presented it to top management
  • Have strong knowledge and involved in large High-end Real Estate projects
  • Strong knowledge of Project Tracking and Monitoring Activities such as Cost actuals and Analysis, Schedule Reviews, Performance and Productivity Reports, Project Completion Cost Estimations, Budget, and forecasts etc
  • Rich experience in handling project controller and monitor role for projects scattered across different locations.
  • Having strong knowledge of Project Management and Construction Management and worked in complete Life Cycle of the Project, from Initiation to Closure of Project.
  • Coordinating and managing technical documentation, assisting Project planning and liaising with engineering team.
  • Collaborating with Procurement teams and overseeing budgetary aspects related to technical projects.
  • Facilitating communication between Technical & Non-Technical stakeholders.
  • Tracking project timelines, managing data and supporting/reporting to Leadership team.
  • Preparing MIS reports, Organising meetings.
  • Knowledge of Civil and structural engineering concepts
  • Architecture & building and interior designing knowledge,
  • Project management and proficiency in relevant software tolls would be crucial.
  • Understanding of Civil engineering principles would be utilized to ensure technical initiatives align with commercial objectives.
  • Might be involved in Contract negotiations, Cost analysis and supporting the development of business strategies.
