We are looking for a Shift Incharge and Rider Shift In charge for our stores Operations.

SI Responsibilities

Develop & administer onsite assessment procedures, including interviewing & testing dozens of prospective picker/packer candidates on a weekly basis

Develop & administer onsite training procedures, including onboarding dozens of prospective picker/packer candidates on a weekly basis

Ensure a smooth picker/packer hiring and onboarding process & that all candidates are moved through the hiring and onboarding process in a timely manner

Ensure that there’s always the picker/packer supply by creating a pipeline for longer purpose.

Ensure delivery is done as per Zepto operational standards and requirements.

Supervise the pickers/packers on material handling the shipments.

Planning the picker/packers as per available order capacity and allocating orders for deliveries.

Ensure all team members are trained and are aware of Zepto operational standards.

Ensuring that orders are assigned and delivered within the given SLA, any tech issue to be highlighted on real time.

Prepare day end Reports; Check and revert on mails.

RSI Responsibilities

Ensure a smooth Rider hiring and onboarding process & that all Rider candidates are moved through the hiring and onboarding process in a timely manner

Ensure that there’s always the rider supply by creating a pipeline for longer purpose.

Ensure delivery is done as per Zepto operational standards and requirements.

Supervise the riders on material handling the shipments.

Planning the riders as per available order capacity and allocating orders for deliveries.

Ensure all team members are trained and are aware of Zepto operational standards.

Ensuring that orders are assigned and delivered within the given SLA, any tech issue to be highlighted on real time.

Prepare day end Reports; Check and revert on mails.

Collection of cash, accounting and reconciliation of same.

Participate in delivering the shipment/pickup as per operational requirement to the customer when required.

Take ownership of the team assigned to him in terms of motivation, control attrition, handle grievance, grooming, zero customer escalations, training, coaching as per OKR.

Adhering & supporting the organization into seamless adoption of new policies & process.

Track undelivered shipments and call customer to identify reasons for non-delivery.

Track rider performance at a real time basis to ensure all deliveries are completed as per plan.

Provide support to the riders enroute and take necessary actions.

Ensuring High Delivery % and less RTO, while maintaining the desired Csat and cx NPS score.

Shift In-charge – up to 21000 monthly net take home

Rider Shift In-charge – up to 20000 monthly net take home
