Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic MEP Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate
will be involved in various electrical projects, assisting in the design, installation, testing, commissioning,
operation, maintenance and overall project management of electrical systems and solutions.

Role And Responsibilities
Team Leading, Planning and Scheduling the work and executing MEP works for Commercial building
requirement.
Project Coordination, Technical support for execution, procurement and filling of BOQs.
Execute the MEP Scope of works for Commercial building
Electrical Utility and Infrastructure works
Infrastructure Lighting and power circuit cable laying and termination
Installation of street light & High mast light
Installation of LV and ELV Distribution Board erection for Power systems
Installation of Split AC
To manage the activities such as engineering, design, procurement and construction with respect to
the project schedules for sub-vendors and project staff
Prepare the material Requirement and follow-up with PMO
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor the progress of MEP installations and troubleshoot
any issues that arise
Responsible for maintenance of record notes, RFIs , Contractual Letters, Monthly progress Reports
any other correspondence with client, consultant, vendors meticulously
Ensure delivery of the Project on time, on budget and meeting customer expectations within
stipulated time interval successfully
Design mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and architects
Prepare drawings and specifications
Participate in project meetings
Inspect construction activities
Troubleshoot and solve problems
Commission systems and equipment
Must have experience in Residential/ commercial building Projects
Qualification And Skills
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) from a
recognized institution.
Strong understanding of electrical principles, systems, and components.
Basic knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
environment.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks and project management.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends in electrical engineering.
