Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Office Admin to join our team in Benaulim on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. As Office Admin, you’ll support our operations team, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications And Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and email (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and clients effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Proven track record of problem-solving and decision-making skills in an office environment.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in managing office documents and records.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a dynamic team environment.
- Basic understanding of office management procedures and departmental processes.
- Experience in scheduling, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars for management staff.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management of administrative tasks and office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage and maintain the filing systems, ensuring all documents are correctly filed and easily accessible.
- Coordinate schedules, arranging meetings and appointments, and prepare necessary materials for presentations.
- Handle communications via phone calls and emails, ensuring inquiries are addressed appropriately and promptly.
- Support the procurement process by maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and collation of reports and documents for various departments as required.
- Collaborate with team members to support special projects and events, providing administrative assistance as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
