Age: Below 50 years

Location: North India (covering Gujarat, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh) (Vacancy 1)

Location: (covering Jharkhand, Bihar, CG, Odisha, and West Bangal)

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Management:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives across the assigned zone.
  • Drive sales growth in the Ayurveda product market.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of the sales team.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Executives.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Market Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities in the Ayurveda market.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and retail channels.
  • Monitor competitor activities and devise counter-strategies.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure efficient execution of sales operations, including reporting, stock management, and channel expansion.
  • Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with company objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Strengthen relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer grievances promptly to maintain loyalty.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years in sales, with a minimum of 8 years in the Ayurveda market.
  • Skills: Proven leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Ayurveda products and market trends.
  • Education: Graduation/Post-graduation in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.
