Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (L1)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team, responsible for providing comprehensive support in software, hardware, network, and other IT infrastructure provided to users. The role also involves assisting in end-user training and offering handholding support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Location: Lucknow / Anpara / Obra / Parichha / Panki / Harduaganj / Jawaharpur

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network infrastructure to ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for users in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
  • Provide end-user training and handholding support to help users effectively utilize IT resources.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to address and resolve any IT-related challenges.

Qualifications

  • Document and maintain records of IT issues, resolutions, and training provided.
  • Ensure adherence to company IT policies and best practices.
  • MCA/B.Tech/BE/Diploma in IT or Computer Science.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of software, hardware, and network troubleshooting.
