We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Headmistress to join our team at Podar Education Network in Muzaffarpur. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience as a headmistress or in a similar role, demonstrating leadership and management skills in an educational setting.

  • Must possess skills in Preprimary Teacher and Coordinator (Mandatory skill), essential for the successful management of early childhood education.
  • Required skills: Proficiency in roles such as Head Teacher, Montessori Teacher, and Primary Coordinator, crucial for overseeing diverse educational programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with teachers, parents, and students.
