Job Description
- Responsible for Customer Acquisition at retail outlets as per targets.
- Drive Revenue Market Share by increasing width of distribution and product availability.
- Monitor productivity of channel partners & field sales executive (FSE).
- Train and ensure availability of required number of FSEs with distributors.
- Ensure distributors / retailers maintain adequate stocks.
- Strengthen distribution by increasing recharge selling outlets and SIM selling outlets.
- Drive basic distribution parameters – ROI of distributors & retailers.
- Gather and report competition plans, policies, best practices and initiatives
- Ensure to improve brand visibility in the assigned territory.
