Job Description

  • Responsible for Customer Acquisition at retail outlets as per targets.
  • Drive Revenue Market Share by increasing width of distribution and product availability.
  • Monitor productivity of channel partners & field sales executive (FSE).
  • Train and ensure availability of required number of FSEs with distributors.
  • Ensure distributors / retailers maintain adequate stocks.
  • Strengthen distribution by increasing recharge selling outlets and SIM selling outlets.
  • Drive basic distribution parameters – ROI of distributors & retailers.
  • Gather and report competition plans, policies, best practices and initiatives
  • Ensure to improve brand visibility in the assigned territory.
