Job Overview
Podar Education Network is looking for a Junior Mother Teacher for our Bhiwandi location. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of education. The ideal candidate will be involved in a range of educational activities to foster the development and growth of students.
Qualifications And Skills
- D.Ed/B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Strong ability in parent communication to keep guardians informed and engaged in their child’s progress
- Effective classroom management to maintain a conducive learning environment
- Understanding of child development to cater to the varied needs of young learners
- Skilled in lesson planning to create structured and engaging learning experiences

Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet educational standards and foster critical thinking
- Create a safe and positive learning environment for all students
