Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientations for new hires.
- Help in policy dissemination and educate employees on company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records in both physical and digital formats.
- Provide support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to address HR inquiries and issues.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations for senior management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and suggest innovative practices.
