The City Network Development Manager is responsible for visiting the potential sites, analyzing the feasibility of the site and giving inputs to the business team. The manager will also be responsible for identifying and on-boarding real estate options for electric mobility business.

  • To establish and maintain relationships with various developers/builders for establishing EV charging stations at their properties.
  • To identify key residential societies and work with their RWA for establishing EV charging stations.
  • To work with various real estate owners like Restaurants , Auto showrooms owners to establish EV charging stations.
  • Conduct mandatory health and safety and maintenance checks in their cluster, reporting issues or concerns
  • Visiting potential sites and sharing feedback along with coordinating with the relevant stakeholder for setting up new site.
  • To continuously assess market potential for expansion or new business opportunity.
  • Source and on-board appropriate locations in prioritized cities.
  • Create/Negotiate on ground commercial agreements.
  • Agreements and documents execution.
  • Site HOTO to project team.
  • Conduct mandatory health and safety and maintenance checks in their cluster, reporting issues or concerns.
  • Visiting potential sites and sharing feedback along with coordinating with the relevant stakeholder for setting up new site.
