Roles And Responsibilities

  • Accurately transcribe medical reports and patient records from audio recordings provided by radiologists.
  • Ensure all typed reports are free from errors and adhere to hospital standards.

  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to clarify any uncertainties in dictation.
  • Review and edit drafts prepared by speech recognition software, making corrections to any errors identified.

  • Assist in the preparation of documents required for patient consultations and follow-up visits.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies regarding documentation and reporting.
