- Provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components on desktops and laptops
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware
- Manage and prioritize support requests through a ticketing system
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, and patches to optimize desktop performance
- Set up and configure new desktops and laptops for users
- Possess basic knowledge of computer hardware and Windows-based operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
- Hands-on knowledge of crimping LAN cables and cabling
- Configure and manage Wi-Fi routers and access points
