  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware
  • Manage and prioritize support requests through a ticketing system
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, and patches to optimize desktop performance
  • Set up and configure new desktops and laptops for users
  • Possess basic knowledge of computer hardware and Windows-based operating systems
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
  • Hands-on knowledge of crimping LAN cables and cabling
  • Configure and manage Wi-Fi routers and access points
