Job Overview
As the Client Success Manager / Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in guiding clients to achieve their objectives while collaborating with internal teams for effective project delivery. This role is ideally suited for individuals who excel in nurturing client relationships, overseeing diverse projects, and upholding high standards of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs, aspirations, and challenges. Serve as their primary contact for inquiries and support.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with internal teams to confirm that all project objectives and deadlines are fulfilled effectively.
- Client Onboarding and Training: Facilitate new client transitions by organizing onboarding procedures, training programs, and providing essential resources to ensure a seamless integration.
- Performance Tracking: Consistently evaluate project advancement and performance indicators for clients. Keep both clients and internal teams informed of progress, proactively addressing any challenges that arise.
- Feedback & Improvement: Collect critical feedback from clients to enhance our products and services. Collaborate with teams to guarantee that client insights are integrated into future initiatives.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough records of project specifics, including timelines, meeting notes, and reports. Distribute status updates and success metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align client goals with broader business objectives, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or project coordination.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster rapport with both clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a focus on detail.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and CRM tools (e.g., HaloPSA, Connectwise, Autotask, Glasshive, Salesforce, Hubspot).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset in tackling challenges.
- Comfort in working autonomously as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
