Construction Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Provide potential clients with excellent customer service and communication
• Calculate, develop, and prepare detailed proposals for estimates
• Establish cost monitoring and procedure reporting, keeping estimates up to date
• Effectively factor take offs
• Plan job details
• Collaborate and coordinate with engineers, architects, and Foresight Renovations Inc oversight
• Reliable to work when scheduled

Job Requirements:

• US Work Authorization
• Estimator’s Associates Degree, Certificate, or Similar Training
• Proficient with Estimating Software (PlanSwift, Bolster, RedTeam, etc.)
• Reliable Source of Transportation
• Complete Drug Test & Background Check. (If failed, must provide explanation)
• Minimum of 3-years Experience
• Team Player & Teachable
• Effecitvely Read Blueprints
• Detail-Oriented
• Provide 2 References
