We seek a highly organized and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents.
  • Support the management team with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Process invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the precious metals industry is a plus, but not required.
