Job Description
The role involves providing administrative support for all Estates-related activities, including responding to Helpdesk inquiries, logging jobs, and being the first point of contact via phone, email, and radio calls
Additional duties include greeting contractors, managing the lettings of college spaces for external customers, and other administrative tasks
Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities, with a capacity to meet deadlines
Effective communication with staff, contractors, and customers is essential
