Workshop Controller
Job Description
Basic salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £45,000
The role is Monday to Friday with no weekends, working for a prestigious main dealer group in Cheshire
Responsibilities include assisting the Service Manager in running the workshop, participating in management meetings, establishing staff training needs, coordinating work for technicians, maintaining relationships with the parts department, handling customer complaints, and liaising with other managers
Requirements include previous experience as a workshop controller or assistant service manager in the motor trade, a proven track record, a stable career history, and a full driving license.
